FET Web Redesign
FarEasTone is one of Taiwan’s leading telecom providers. To adapt to 5G and evolving user needs, they launched a full website redesign—part of a broader shift toward becoming a digital lifestyle brand. The project aimed to bring services closer to users and reflect the brand’s vision of “closer connection, broader thinking.” The redesign covered the Business and Consumer site.
I joined in the design phase as part of the design team. I participated in usability testing, collaborated on extending the UI and design system, and developed the illustration style and customer service character icons. We worked closely to build a cohesive visual language that balanced brand identity with modular flexibility. It was a fast-paced, cross-functional project that required clear alignment from visual direction to component details. I was glad to be part of a close-knit, collaborative team.
